Concrete nouns - you can hold them in your hands, abstract nouns - feelings...

Concrete nouns are something you can touch and abstract nouns are something you can not touch.
concrete are rugs,pillows, proper nouns are love

And for the end the diffrence between concrete and abstract nouns is that you can touch concrete nouns, like sofa. Abstract nouns is not a thing that you can touch for example: (Honesty, love)...
